RuneScape Where Can You Fish for Lobsters? Fishing Guide for F2P

A fishing guide for free to play members.

Fishing is one of the best money making method for free to play members. You will have nothing when you first start Runescape. You will start in Lumbridge.
First, you should go to the fishing shop in Lumbridge. It is near the general store. Trade the fishing guy and get a free net. Once you've got a net, run south Lumbridge's swamp. Keep fishing shrimps until you can fish trouts. You can either drop the shrimps or cook it and bank it.
Trout and Salmon
Once you have the required level for fishing trouts, collect some feathers and a fly fishing rod. You can get feathers from other players, or you can get them yourselves by killing chickens. You can get a fly fishing rod from other players, or you can get one from a fishing shop. There is a fishing shop at Lumbridge, Varrock and in Port Sarim. After you got everything you need, you can either fish trout and salmon in Barbarian village, or in Lumbridge. If you want to bank the fish, fish in Barbarian village. If you don’t want to bank the fish go to Lumbridge. If you decided to fish in Barbarian village, there is a bank just north of the fishing spot. If you decided to fish in Lumbridge, either sell your fish to the general store or give it for free to other players. You will need to fish 1938 trouts or 1384 salmons to get from level 20-50.
Power leveling or money making?
Power leveling
50-99 – power fishing trout and salmonPower fishing trouts and salmons is the fastest exp for free to play players. I recommend fishing at Lumbridge, because you can get rid all the fish by selling it to the general store, which is close by, or by giving it to low level players who are training nearby. You will need to fish 258,662 trouts or 184,759 salmons to get from level 50-99.

Money making
 50-65 – Lobsters
Required items – Lobster pot and 60 gp
You can get a lobster pot from other players, or you can buy one from a fishing shop. Karamja is the only place where f2p can fish lobsters. You will need 30 gp to get on the boat. So you will need 60 gp to go there, and to get back. Once you’re ready, go to Karamja. Fish for lobsters. Make sure you don’t cook them, because raw lobster costs more than cooked lobsters. When your inventory is full, head back. If you forgot to bring an extra 30 gp, you can do a job for a man for 30 gp. The man will tell you to collect 10 bananas and put it inside a crate. Once you done that, talk to him and he will give you 30gp. You will need to fish 3868 lobsters to get from level 50-65.
65-99 – Swordfish
Required items - Harpoon and 60 gp
You can get a harpoon from other players, or you can buy one from a fishing shop. Again, you will need 60 gp to get to Karamja and back. Karamja is the only place where f2p can fish swordfish. While fishing, you will get a lot of tuna. Drop them. Don’t cook the swordfish. They cost more when they’re raw. Once your inventory is full, head back. If you forgot to bring an extra 30 gp, you can do a job for a man for 30 gp. The man will tell you to collect 10 bananas and put it inside a crate. Once you done that, talk to him and he will give you 30gp. You will need to fish 125,851 swordfishes to get from level 65-99.
